AM/DM Transport Planning

• Coordination and monitoring of transport planning operations
• Coordination with logistics service providers to maintain adequete fleet on daily basis
• Co-ordination with all stake holders for irregular and interplant movements across MSIL dept.
• Query Resolution of ROs and ZOs for dispatches.
• Freight Revision on account of Diesel and Toll changes on monthly and Quarterly basis
• Performance Management of all LSPs for various performance parameters like Ontime, Damages etc.
• Inspection of New Fleet in MSIL system inline with CMVR rules and regulations
• Coordination with Government agencies
• Competition Tracking
• Vendor Payments related to irregular movements
• Freight Management through Zero Based Costing and/or RFQs
• Monitoring trips through GPS, management of GPS devices along with the device requirements
• 2. Knowledge of ERP system 3. Proficient in MS office tools (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint) 4. Knowledge of safety at work place and complaince of PF ESI norms 5. Good communication skills Behavioral:
