Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales of luxury residential apartments through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and digital lead generation to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, bookings, documentation, and successful deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, NRIs, international buyers, and channel partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client requirements, providing consultative sales solutions, and ensuring timely customer engagement.
- Manage CRM activities by maintaining an updated sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, tracking customer interactions, and improving lead conversion.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to support project launches, documentation, collections, handovers, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and strengthen sales performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, MIS, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth through effective relationship management and customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 5 Years in Real Estate Sales
