Position: AM / DM Sales
Location: Mumbai (Thane , Navi Mumbai )

Key Responsibilities:
1)Lead and drive the Field Sales team to achieve business targets.
2)Manage customer acquisition, revenue growth, and team performance.
3)Coordinate with the Service Delivery team to ensure timely installations and customer activation.
4)Resolve customer escalations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements :
1)4 - 8 years of experience in Telecom/ISP/Broadband Sales.
2) 3-4 years of team handling experience.
3)Good understanding of the Service Delivery process and the ability to work closely with SD teams for smooth customer installations and activation.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
4)Exposure to Service Delivery (Minimum 20%)
