AM/DM - Project Management - Engineering - Corporate

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering Project Management professional to drive project execution, monitor project schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely completion of engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project coordination, CAPEX tracking, stakeholder management, and engineering project execution within a manufacturing environment, preferably Pharma/API.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate project activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, and Quality teams.
• Track project action items and ensure timely closure.
• Organize daily/weekly engineering review meetings and cross-functional team meetings.
• Monitor Engineering CAPEX budgets, PRs, POs, and project expenditures.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and escalate concerns proactively.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, safety regulations, and plant guidelines.
• Maintain project documentation and support project closure activities.
• Perform budget reconciliation and track approved versus executed projects.
• Prepare and circulate project progress reports to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 610 years of experience in Engineering Project Execution/Project Coordination.
• Experience in Pharma, API, Chemicals, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX projects, project scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project tracking skills
