Purpose of the position:

Responsible of Purchase order for all CAPEX, OPEX, Direct (RM/BOC), Indirect (Consumable,

Maintenance Spares), Contract, Services.

Position Context

Capital Purchasing, Plant Services & spare Purchasing & DM /IDM Purchasing.

Position content :

• Conducting product/ services research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective

contracts and deals.

• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been

rescheduled.

• Establishing professional relationships with all vendors and suppliers.

Knowledge and educational level :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or a related field may be required.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications & SAP -PP Module.
• The ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
