Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using advanced Excel skills.
• Develop and implement effective MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BPO process.
• Utilize SQL knowledge to extract data from Google Sheets and Power BI dashboards for analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement in processes and implement changes.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO industry.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP functions.
• Proficiency in creating complex reports using Microsoft Office tools such as MIS.
