Job Description
- Set and execute operations in the assigned zones and clusters
- Initiate new tie-ups with Government, Government-Aided, and Trust-run schools within the allotted clusters
- Identify and engage corporates and individual donors to strengthen project sustainability
- Plan and facilitate Train-the-Mentor sessions periodically to build a strong and capable mentor base in the assigned zone
- Provide daily and regular updates to the Head Office (HO) team on project progress and challenges
- Assist the HO team in content development and other project-related coordination
- Manage school relationships, especially with teachers and Head Masters (HMs)
- Ensure highly accurate data entry and updates in the CRM tool
- Language Requirement: Kannada - Read / Write / Speak (R/W/S)" data-highlights="Leadership position handling operations across multiple educational clusters
