Brief Job Description:

Alliance Coordination: Manage all responsibilities related to the alliance, serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the university, centers, and Aptech to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Documentation Management: Handle all documentation related to student admissions, ensuring that all student registration documents, and ID cards are processed according to university requirements. Ensure that all course-related documentation is completed within the specified timeframe for all courses.
Student Information Sharing: Ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is consistently shared with students, keeping them informed about important processes and timelines like Certificates & results sharing.
Examination Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and conduct of examinations for all eligible students, ensuring they are carried out according to the established schedule.
Financial & Administrative Reporting: Maintain comprehensive financial and administrative reports, ensuring timely submission of reports to the finance department.
Compliance & Audit Resolution: Address and resolve audit queries (including those related to management systems, finances, and processes) within the stipulated timeframe, ensuring full compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Faculty Training (FT) Coordination: Ensure that all faculty training is completed as per norms and within the required quarterly timelines.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in student coordination
Key Skills:
- Data reconciliation and record-keeping abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills for handling visits and admission activities.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and resolve pending student-related financial matters.
