Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical Exp for AI/ML solutions deployed on Google Cloud Platform.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, and other Google Cloud services.
- Assist customers in deploying, managing, and optimizing machine learning models.
- Analyze logs, debug applications, and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Support cloud infrastructure components including Compute Engine, GKE, Kubernetes, networking, and storage services.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist in performance tuning and optimization of AI/ML workloads.
- Document troubleshooting methodologies, solutions, and best practices.
- Participate in incident management and support case lifecycle processes.
- Provide guidance on Generative AI implementations and integrations.
