Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- POC Development Leadership:
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs) in the AI/ML domain, driving experimentation and feasibility studies.
- Innovative Solution Design:
- Architect and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging generative AI, knowledge graphs, and other emerging technologies to address complex business challenges.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI/ML solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.
- Scope and Objective Definition:
- Define project scope, objectives, and measurable success criteria for POC initiatives, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic business goals.
- Cloud Platform Expertise:
- Build and optimize scalable, high-performance AI/ML solutions on leading cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with AI/ML & Generative AI tools.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
At least 3 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Good to Have:
Technology Evaluation:
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and cloud services to optimize solution performance and scalability.
Thought Leadership:
Develop blogs and whitepapers on digital transformation and digital reinvention across various client segments.
Project Experience:
Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI-based implementation.
Experience in machine learning applications for hiring process improvement and predictive analytics for manufacturing processes.
Professional Experience:
At least 4 years in AI/ML roles.
Certifications:
AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty or AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty or equivalent.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to lead and inspire teams.
