AIML Senior Associate with strong expertise in machine learning model development and pipeline engineering to build, automate, and operationalize customer-focused analytics solutions. The role involves developing, enhancing, and deploying customer-centric machine learning models such as Propensity, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Churn, and Reactivation models, while leveraging advanced Python, SQL, exploratory data analysis (EDA), object-oriented programming principles, and reusable code frameworks to build scalable and efficient ML pipelines. The candidate will be responsible for synthesizing complex data, generating actionable insights, and translating analytical findings into strategic business recommendations through close collaboration with business stakeholders. Strong machine learning fundamentals, hands-on modeling experience, and an AutoML mindset for operationalizing and optimizing ML workflows are essential. The role requires mandatory expertise in Databricks and advanced Python for model development, deployment, and pipeline automation, along with experience in Retail, Loyalty/CRM, Customer Analytics, and Marketing Analytics domains to deliver high-impact, customer-focused AI and analytics solutions.
