Job Description
Looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML professional with 1+ years of relevant AI/ML experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant AI/ML experience for Senior Positions to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that power our social impact products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, and model deployment and be eager to use technology for good.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data
- Analyze model performance and optimize for accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and techniques
- Create meaningful insights using NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or recommendation systems
- Ensure ethical use of AI and data in all deployed solutions
- Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- Understanding of API development and model deployment using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for ML ops
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Use of tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines
- Interest or experience in applying AI in education, job readiness, or social impact platforms
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation metrics
- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant AI/ML experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant AI/ML experience for Senior Positions
- A portfolio of past projects or contributions to open source/competitions (Kaggle, etc.)
