Lead/Senior ML/AI Engineer:
We’re building an AI compliance automation platform — real compliance infrastructure, not a chatbot. You will build the AI interpretation layer of our platform.
Required skills:
Python
Experience with LLM APIs
Prompt engineering for structured output
Production ML systems
Debugging model behaviour
Understanding probabilistic systems
Nice to have:
spaCy / Hugging Face
Vector databases
Retrieval Augmented Generation
AI safety patterns
