Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals to drive business growth.
  
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and preferences for customized solutions.
  
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets by meeting sales quotas.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in retail sales or a related field (preferably from an organized paint company).
  
• Strong understanding of architectural paints, coatings, and their applications.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
