High ownership and creative freedom in your work Opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI video creation Fast-paced environment with rapid experimentation and iteration Close collaboration with founders and core team A chance to define how modern AI-first video content is created Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Veo, Runway, Pika, Luma, etc) Strong prompting skills, especially for: Realistic human motion Scene consistency and control Minimizing hallucinations and artifacts Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) Strong visual storytelling skills and sense of pacing Ability to take raw AI outputs and turn them into polished videos Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment Motion graphics experience (After Effects) Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Blender) Experience creating product or SaaS videos Understanding of LinkedIn content trends Create high-quality short-form videos (20 60 seconds) for LinkedIn and social platforms Translate scripts and product ideas into polished, production-ready videos Use AI tools (Veo, Runway, Pika, Luma, etc) to generate: Product demos Conceptual visuals (e g, Video Data Lake, data flows) Real-world scenarios (warehouse, retail, etc) Ensure all outputs are realistic, clean, and professional No distortions, glitches, or unnatural motion Add UI overlays, annotations, and motion graphics to enhance clarity Collaborate closely with founders and the design team for rapid iteration Continuously experiment with new AI video tools and workflows Refine and edit AI-generated outputs into final, high-quality deliverables We re looking for an AI-first Video Creator who can leverage the latest generative tools to produce high-quality, realistic, and professional videos for LinkedIn.
You ll work closely with the team to rapidly experiment, iterate, and ship content that clearly communicates BLUE s value through compelling visuals and storytelling.
