AI Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and target operating model aligned with business objectives.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives from ideation and pilots to enterprise-scale deployment.
• Identify, prioritize, and govern AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and ROI.
• Drive operating model transformation through AI-enabled processes, workflows, and organizational redesign.
• Establish governance frameworks covering Responsible AI, security, compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
• Manage stakeholders across executives, business leaders, product teams, technology teams, and external partners.
• Lead change management, workforce enablement, training programs, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Define and track value realization metrics, ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business benefits.
• Build organizational AI capabilities, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and future-ready talent strategies.
