Work Structure (Important)

This role follows a hybrid schedule aligned with US business hours:

• 12 PM 4 PM: Mandatory Work from Office for internal coordination, team discussions, and project alignment

• 8 PM onwards: Work from Home for US client meetings and project management activities

About the Role

We are hiring an AI Solutions Partner (US Market) to work at the intersection of business and AI delivery.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand business challenges, shape practical AI-driven solutions, and drive those solutions through execution alongside internal teams.

This is a client-facing solutioning and delivery role, not a coding or software development position. While hands-on development is not required, the role demands a strong understanding of AI tools, applications, and workflows to effectively scope solutions, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with clients, especially US-based stakeholders, to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI-driven solutions

* Lead solutioning discussions by defining scope, approach, and expected outcomes

* Own projects from discovery and planning through delivery and client communication

* Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment

* Conduct R&D on emerging AI tools, trends, automation workflows, and market opportunities

* Identify areas where AI and process improvements can create measurable business impact

* Contribute strategic ideas and innovative approaches aligned with client and business goals

* Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles

What Were Looking For

* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and strategic business challenges

* Good understanding of AI tools, LLMs, automation workflows, and emerging AI applications

* Strong solutioning and problem-solving capabilities

* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

* Experience working with international clients, preferably US-based clients

* Self-driven and capable of independently managing projects and responsibilities

* Strong research orientation with genuine interest in AI and innovation

* Ability to balance business thinking with technology understanding
