Job Description
What You Will Do
- Build and deploy internal AI tools and agents that support teams across KIRA sales, operations, merchandising and marketing.
- Automate customer and client communication, including WhatsApp and business messaging bots that handle queries, respond instantly, and route conversations to the right team.
- Support the marketing team with AI-driven content creation, content calendars, scheduling and performance reporting.
- Work with our commercial team to build data tools that support pricing and demand intelligence connecting market conditions, seasonality and inventory.
- Map repetitive, manual workflows across departments and replace them with reliable automations.
- Prototype quickly, measure impact, and scale what works.
- Track the AI landscape and bring practical, high-value applications back to the business.
- Tools And Platforms You Should KnowCore
- Large language models and prompt engineering: GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google).
- Workflow automation: n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Business messaging and chatbots: WhatsApp Business API and platforms such as Wati, Interakt or Twilio.
- Python and basic data handling, plus SQL.
- Agent and app building: familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, or modern no-code agent builders.
Good To Have
- Retrieval and vector databases (e.g.
- Pinecone) for knowledge-based agents.
- AI content and design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Canva AI).
- Dashboards and basic data visualization.
