Design, test, and optimize prompts and system instructions for LLM-based applications and AI workflows.
Build evaluation frameworks to measure prompt quality, response accuracy, safety, and consistency.
Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and developers to improve model outputs and user interactions.
Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and prompt versioning strategies.
Test prompts across multiple model providers, APIs, and fine-tuned LLM variants.
Support RAG workflows, structured outputs, agentic AI interactions, and conversational AI systems.
Analyze model behavior, hallucinations, edge cases, and response reliability issues.
Document prompt engineering standards, experimentation results, and best practices.
Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, generative AI tooling, evaluation methods, and AI safety practices.

Experience with chain-of-thought prompting, structured output generation, and agentic AI workflows.
Understanding of AI evaluation metrics, red-teaming, hallucination reduction, and responsible AI practices.
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLM ecosystems.
Strong analytical thinking, experimentation, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field. Hands-on experience building and evaluating AI/LLM applications is highly preferred.
