Job Title: AI Native Developer
Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, Chennai, Jaipur, Bhopal, Hyderabad

The Hiring Manager is looking for a 6 to 12 years experienced AI-Native Software Engineer with a strong software engineering background in Python, system design, distributed systems, and backend development, combined with hands-on production experience in building Agentic AI applications using LangGraph/LangChain, designing RAG pipelines, prompt/context engineering, cloud deployment, and AI-assisted software development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code.
Responsibilities:
- Have 6-12 years of Software Engineering experience.
- Be a strong coder with excellent knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design, Distributed Systems, APIs, and Backend Development.
- Have hands-on experience building production Agentic AI applications, not just using ChatGPT or Copilot.
- Have designed RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Have experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Be able to write technical specifications, architect solutions, and review AI-generated code.
- Have experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understand CI/CD, Testing, Security, Code Review, and Software Architecture.
