AI Motion & Video Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Motion & Video Specialist who knows how to truly control AI, not just type basic prompts. This role is for a video creator who can use AI tools to generate high-quality, cinematic clips and seamlessly blend them with traditional editing. If you know how to make AI outputs look premium and on-brand every single time, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, cinematic video content using AI tools (like Kling, Runway, or Multimodal AI) from start to finish
• Combine AI-generated clips with traditional video editing to create polished ads and social media content
• Maintain strict visual and character consistency across completely different, premium brand identities
• Use AI to quickly plan, storyboard, and test ideas before full production
• Build templates and repeatable workflows so the team can produce great videos faster
• Test new AI video updates and tools to keep our content ahead of the curve

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing or motion graphics
• Expert in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong, hands-on experience generating video with AI (you know how to write advanced prompts and fix AI mistakes)
• A great eye for cinematic storytelling, pacing, and premium brand aesthetics
• A portfolio that clearly shows how you use AI in your actual video editing process (not just single AI clips)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing or creative agency
• Experience teaching AI to recognize and replicate specific brand styles
• Ability to work independently and manage a video project from concept to final export
