AI & ML Team Lead
Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI & ML Team Lead to drive the organization's AI strategy, lead enterprise AI initiatives, and manage high-performing AI teams. The role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise (50%) and team/project leadership (50%), with responsibility for delivering scalable AI/ML solutions that create business value.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML & GenAI Development:-
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle including model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Build solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini), RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and AI Agents.
- Architect AI platforms on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Ensure model performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
MLOps & Governance:-
- Establish MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring, and version control.
- Implement AI governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Team & Program Leadership:-
- Lead, mentor, and grow AI/ML teams.
- Manage project planning, delivery, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
- Drive AI adoption, innovation, and business transformation initiatives.
Education:-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) preferred.
Experience:-
- 8+ years of IT/Data Analytics experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
- 3+ years of team leadership and people management experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML and GenAI programs.
