Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data engineering, model deployment, and MLOps practices. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for business use cases.
• Develop predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks.
• Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases.
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, model governance, security, and compliance.
