Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer with 5-9 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data pipelines, developing ETL processes, enabling AI/ML workloads, and supporting cloud-based analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & ETL

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Build data ingestion frameworks from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage across the data ecosystem.
• Automate data workflows and pipeline monitoring.

AI/ML Engineering

• Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Perform feature engineering and data preparation for AI/ML use cases.
• Implement predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendation engines, and NLP solutions.
• Support MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Cloud & Big Data

• Develop cloud-native data solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Build scalable data processing solutions using Spark and Databricks.
• Implement real-time and batch processing frameworks.
• Optimize performance and cost of cloud-based data platforms.
