Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models and algorithms for varied business problems
Work across multiple AI domains such as LLMs, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and generative AI .
Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained models for custom business use cases.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Ensure model performance, scalability, and integration into production systems.
Stay updated with AI advancements and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
Contribute to the establishment of AI best practices, ethical guidelines, and deployment frameworks.
Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists when required.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven expertise in model building, deployment, and optimization.
Strong programming skills in Python with experience in libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
Practical experience in LLMs, generative AI, NLP, and/or computer vision.
Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
Solid understanding of responsible AI practices, including fairness and bias mitigation.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI solutions.
Knowledge of data engineering tools and scalable pipelines.
Contributions to AI research, publications, or open-source projects.
Strong understanding of deploying models at scale in enterprise environments.
