Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile AI Generalist with 35 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions, integrating LLMs, automating workflows, and working across multiple AI domains including NLP, computer vision, analytics, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
  • Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
  • Develop AI-powered automation workflows and intelligent agents.
  • Work on NLP tasks such as text classification, summarization, embeddings, chatbots, and semantic search.
  • Fine-tune and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Develop APIs and backend integrations for AI applications.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Maintain documentation, model monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries/frameworks.
  • Experience with Generative AI & LLMs.
  • Prompt Engineering.
  • LangChain / LlamaIndex / AI orchestration frameworks.
  • OpenAI APIs or similar platforms.
  • Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.).
  • Understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and RAG concepts.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Docker, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows.
  • Exposure to MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Computer Vision or Speech AI.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Contributions to AI projects, GitHub, or research work.Role & responsibilities
