AI Frontend Engineers (UI + UX + AI)

• Design and build AI-powered learning experiences and recommendation workflows
• Develop intelligent agents capable of generating personalized learning journeys
• Build conversational and guided learning experiences using LLMs and GenAI technologies
• Implement retrieval-based systems and content-grounded AI recommendations
• Modernize the Education Services web experience with intuitive, interactive, and learner-centric UI/UX
• Improve learner navigation, discovery, filtering, and engagement across learning assets
• Build engaging dashboards and progress tracking experiences
• Integrate AI avatar-based learning capabilities into the platform
• Create interactive walkthroughs, explanations, and guided experiences using conversational AI
• Work across AI, frontend engineering, UX, and learning content teams
• Contribute to end-to-end solution design and implementation

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset experience:

• 56 years of overall software engineering experience
• 23+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and GenAI application development
• Experience building AI-driven or customer-facing applications
• Strong frontend development experience using React or Angular
• Experience working with APIs, backend integrations, and microservices architecture
• Understanding of UX principles and interactive web application design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or recommendation systems
• Exposure to EdTech, LMS, or digital learning platforms
• Experience building conversational AI or AI avatar-based interfaces
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain or multi-agent systems
• Exposure to learning personalization engines and guided workflows
• Experience with analytics, learner engagement tracking, or adaptive learning systems
