What You ll Do Work on customer behavior and insights using tools like Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Dynamics
Set up product recommendation engines like Bloomreach, Nosto, Algolia
Manage AI chatbots with platforms like Zendesk AI, Ada, Drift
Use inventory optimization tools like Blue Yonder, Llamasoft
Manage pricing tools like PROS, Intelligencenode
Run marketing automation campaigns using Klaviyo, Salesforce Einstein, Persado
Implement AR (Augmented Reality) and visual search tools like Syte, Vue.ai, Perfect Corp.
Use fraud detection platforms like Sift, Forter, Kount
Coordinate with internal teams to understand needs and deliver AI-based solutions
Stay updated on new AI trends and suggest tools for business improvement
Train and guide internal team members on AI tool usage
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and related tools
Hands-on experience with AI platforms, APIs, and SaaS tools
Understanding of retail, ecommerce, and consumer behavior
Good problem-solving and project management skills
Strong communication and team collaboration
Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG industry
Background in Data Science, Computer Science, or AI tools
Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
