We are looking for a highly driven AI Engineer to build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions across products and internal systems. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks, and the ability to independently own projects end-to-end. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced startup environment, experiment rapidly, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
Build and optimize LLM-based workflows, chatbots, AI assistants, and automation systems.
Work on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Integrate AI capabilities into web platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative implementations.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
Maintain documentation, testing standards, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
Experience with APIs, backend integration, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of databases, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
More than 10 years of experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
