Job Description

AI Engineer (m/f/d) Your Role
As an AI Engineer, you will work with a variety of projects.
  • You will design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions tailored to EXA s products
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intelligent technical solutions
  • You will ensure the scalability, reliability, and compliance of deployed AI systems with applicable regulations
  • You will actively evangelize the adoption of AI across the organization by conducting workshops, training, and enablement sessions
  • You will evaluate and integrate AI/ML services from major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and GCP
  • You will keep up to date with the latest developments in the AI landscape and assess emerging tools and technologies for potential adoption
Your Profile
  • You have a university degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field).
  • You have total 4-5 years of IT experience with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development, ideally in enterprise environments,
  • You have strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
  • You are experienced in setting up AI infrastructure on-premises.
  • You have a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model fine tuning, pre-training, and RAG.
  • You have experience with DevOps tools and practices including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
  • You are comfortable working with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure AI, Vertex AI).
  • You are passionate about using AI to solve real-world business problems and committed to staying current with AI trends and innovations.
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding others on the potential of AI in their day-to-day work.
  • You have good communication and presentation skills in English and German. Good to have Hands on React experience
