Job Description
- Provider of lifestyle content focused on incremental personal improvements and changes.
- The company delivers information related to lifestyle adjustments.
LLM System Design & Deployment Design and deploy production-grade LLM applications (chat systems, coaching flows, content engines).
- Build robust context management and memory architectures.
- Implement RAG pipelines (chunking, embedding strategies, retrieval tuning).
- Design guardrails and hallucination mitigation systems.
- Optimize for latency, cost, and quality tradeoffs.
- Personalization & Recommendation Systems Build personalization engines using behavioral and engagement data.
- Design hybrid ML + rule-based systems for explainability and control.
- Develop experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flags).
AI Orchestration & Backend Systems Develop scalable AI microservices using FastAPI.
- Design async pipelines, queues, caching layers.
- Integrate external AI services (LLMs, Image Gen, TTS, STT).
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector databases.
- Evaluation & Reliability Build automated evaluation pipelines (LLM evals, AI-as-judge, regression testing).
- Design monitoring and observability for AI behavior in production.
- Debug prompt drift, quality degradation, and cost spikes.
- We are looking for an AI Engineer who has experience building and shipping AI systems in production.
- You will own the design and development of personalization engines, conversational AI systems, and AI orchestration layers that power millions of real user interactions.
- This role requires strong system thinking, not just model experimentation.
