Job Description
S45 is building India s first AI native investment bank, transforming how research, dealmaking, and distribution operate across capital markets
Build AI agents for document summarisation, extraction, validation and generation Design and maintain RAG pipelines, including retrieval, indexing and evaluation Work with vector stores and search infrastructure using tools such as Pinecone, Weaviate or Elasticsearch Implement orchestration flows in Python using LangGraph or light custom frameworks Ship APIs and internal tools using FastAPI and related libraries Collaborate with product, founders and banking teams to define what good looks like and then measure it As an Applied AI Engineer you design and ship AI systems that read, interpret and act on financial information
Your work powers document understanding, IPO readiness scoring, investor analytics and advisor tooling
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys going from idea to prototype to reliable production service
