Job Description Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents for enterprise use cases.

  • Build intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, and agent-based architectures.

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and integrate vector databases.

  • Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity (Must Have).

  • Integrate AI solutions with business applications, databases, and cloud platforms.

  • Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI model performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 10 years of strong software development experience.

  • Expert-level coding skills in Python (mandatory).

  • Hands-on experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions.

  • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

  • Strong experience in AI Automation and workflow orchestration.

  • Experience with RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate).

  • Experience using GitHub Copilot in software development projects.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, OOP, and Design Patterns.

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS, or GCP AI services.

  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native development.
