Job Description

We are looking for AI Developers to join our team and drive innovation in artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models for various applications, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or other AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (preferred).
• Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI model monitoring.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and software development best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.
• Understanding of Graph Neural Networks, Transformers, or AutoML.
• Exposure to Big Data Technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
• Experience in AI ethics and explainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Experience:B-tech/M.C.A/M.sc, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
