AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in .NET, Angular, and modern AI technologies, along with proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical excellence.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Application Development
• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Expertise in Angular (v16+) with modern UI development practices.
• Experience in building scalable Microservices Architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.

 AI (Mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of practical AI development experience, including:

• Prompt Engineering / Prompt Design.
• Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• AI Automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.

 Database

• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Excellent SQL development skills.
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.

 Leadership & Management

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing development teams.
• Experience leading teams of 5 or more engineers.
• Mentoring developers and conducting technical reviews.
• Stakeholder communication and technical decision-making.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise web applications.
• Design and implement scalable microservices.
• Drive AI adoption by integrating Prompt Engineering, MCP, RAG, and AI automation into business solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and best practices.
• Manage project capacity, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
