AI Consultant (Brain Builder)

Job Purpose:

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems that transform business operations through

intelligent automation. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to automate complex

workflows using AI, building intelligent solutions such as AI agents, predictive systems, and self-

service platforms, and rapidly shipping scalable, production-grade applications that significantly

improve operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

• 78+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software with recent

AI/ML implementation experience.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep engineering experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance

distributed systems.

• Proven experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, not just consuming

them.

• Hands-on experience with Anthropic SDK, Claude, or similar enterprise LLM platforms.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agent frameworks into production

environments.

• Strong expertise in API development, system integration, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Okta,

Workday, or similar business applications.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders to translate complex

workflows into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, retrieval techniques, and

AI orchestration patterns.

• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on writing reliable, maintainable, and high-

quality code.
