AI Automation Tester

About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Test Automation Engineer to help transform our QA processes from manual and reactive into predictive and highly efficient continuous testing. You will build robust automation frameworks while integrating AI-driven tools to test both traditional applications and advanced AI systems
Key Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Testing: Leverage AI tools for test case generation, test maintenance, self-healing scripts
• Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
• AI Model Validation: Validate AI-powered features, ensuring output accuracy, hallucination detection, data validation, and model consistency.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality gates and enable continuous testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, to define quality metrics
• Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and resolve software bugs using agile tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation.
• Programming Skills: Basic idea in scripting languages such as Python or Java. for automation scripts
• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with modern frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, or PyTest)
• AI & Machine Learning Exposure:
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (e.g., Mabl, Testim, Applitools, Testsigma).
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps)
