AI Automation Intern Responsibilities AI Workflow Automation Support

• Assist in building and managing workflows using n8n and other automation platforms

• Support automation setup across CRM, marketing, reporting, and internal operational tools

• Help identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined using AI and automation

AI Tool Experimentation Research

• Work with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and MCP-based systems for operational tasks

• Experiment with prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted execution processes

• Research and test new AI tools, integrations, and productivity workflows

Process Optimization Operations

• Assist in improving internal processes through automations and AI-powered systems

• Help document workflows, SOPs, and automation logic for internal use

• Support troubleshooting and monitoring of workflow executions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with RevOps, Marketing, ABM, and Performance teams

• Assist in integrating tools, syncing systems, and improving operational efficiency

• Contribute to internal automation projects and execution workflows

Skills Requirements Educational Background Mindset

• Recent graduate or final-year student with strong logical and problem-solving abilities

• Curious about AI, automations, workflows, and emerging technologies

• Strong willingness to experiment, learn fast, and build solutions independently

AI Automation Exposure

• Exposure to automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is desirable

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI-assisted workflows

• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation logic is a plus

Technical Analytical Skills

• Comfortable working with structured data, spreadsheets, and operational workflows

• Ability to think in systems and break down repetitive tasks into scalable processes

• Basic understanding of prompts, AI workflows, and no-code/low-code tools preferred

Communication Work Style

• Good written and verbal communication skills
