Title: AI Artist Generative Video Creator (Kochi / Malayalam)

Compensation Model: Gig Worker / High Commission (30% - 50% of service charges billed)

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Hybrid Model Available)

We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient AI Artist Generative Video Creator to join our team as a high-value Gig Worker. This role is crucial for our service offering, requiring mastery of cutting-edge Generative AI tools to produce compelling video content for client campaigns. Your earnings will be directly tied to your successful project execution, with a highly competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

AI Prompt Engineering: Masterfully craft and refine detailed prompts using leading Generative AI tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) to create complex, high-quality video footage and animations that precisely match client briefs.

Video Production Editing: Take raw AI-generated clips and integrate them into final, polished video products. This includes:

• Traditional video editing, sequencing, and pacing.

• Adding sound effects, stock music, and syncing voiceovers.

• Color grading and visual effects (VFX) to ensure seamless transitions and a cohesive look.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to fully understand the clients creative vision and technical requirements. Present final concepts and incorporate revision feedback efficiently.

Technology Leadership: Stay on the cutting edge of AI developments, actively testing new models and techniques to maintain a competitive advantage in our creative offerings.

Quality Delivery: Ensure all final video deliverables meet professional broadcast standards and are submitted on time.

Mandatory Requirements

• Portfolio: A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing professional-grade video projects created primarily using Generative AI tools (not just traditional animation).

• Technical Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience using industry-leading generative platforms, including, but not limited to: Runway (Gen-2), Pika Labs, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly, Google Veo, Flow.

• Post-Production Proficiency: Expertise in advanced video editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve , and Adobe After Effects ).

• Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken Malayalam and English is essential for primary client communication.

• Mindset: Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable excelling within a high-reward, commission-based structure.
