Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent
automation solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
You will work with clients in a consultative mode to understand their business challenges, co-
create AI solution designs, shape reference architectures, guide build-vs-buy decisions, and
act as the trusted technical advisor from discovery through delivery.
This role requires expertise in the AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), AI orchestration
frameworks, and enterprise integrations to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready
automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Architect end-to-end AI automation solutions for enterprise business processes.
•Design and implement Agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, executing
tasks, and collaborating across multiple agents.
•Lead the AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), including solution design, data
preparation, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous
optimization.
•Develop AI assistants and autonomous agents that integrate with enterprise
applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
•Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases,
embeddings, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
•Build AI-driven workflow orchestration for use cases such as customer support, IT
operations, HR, finance, sales, procurement, and business process automation.
•Design secure AI architectures incorporating guardrails, governance, human-in-the-
loop approvals, auditability, and compliance.
•Evaluate and recommend foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama,
Mistral, etc.) based on business and technical requirements.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and
translate them into scalable AI solutions.
