AI and ML Professional

• As an AI and ML Engineer/Scientist, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models and solutions that leverage data to solve complex problems and deliver business value
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, gather requirements, and implement cutting-edge AI and ML algorithms and techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Case Identification and Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI and ML can provide value
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand the data, desired outcomes, and constraints
• Translate business problems into well-defined AI and ML use cases and objectives
• Data Preparation and Exploration:Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources for model development
• Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights and identify patterns or anomalies
• Select relevant features and engineer new features to improve model performance
• Model Development and Training:Design and develop AI and ML models and algorithms based on the identified use cases
• Select appropriate algorithms and frameworks (eg, neural networks, decision trees, SVM) for different use cases
• Train and fine-tune models using large-scale datasets, considering performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Optimize and experiment with hyperparameters to improve model performance
• Model Evaluation and Validation:Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics and techniques
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the robustness and reliability of the models
• Perform model interpretation and explainability analysis to understand and communicate the model's behavior and decisions
• Model Deployment and Integration:Deploy AI and ML models into production environments, considering scalability, latency, and security requirements
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into existing systems or develop new applications
• Monitor model performance in real-time and implement necessary updates or improvements
• Continuous Learning and Innovation:Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, frameworks, and algorithms
• Conduct research and experimentation to explore new techniques and approaches
• Contribute to the development of AI and ML best practices, guidelines, and standards within the organization
