Job Title: AI & Automation Developer

Location: Onsite (Bhopal)

Job Type: Internship / Full-time

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen for real-world client use cases.
• Integrate large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and open-source models) into client-facing products, internal tools, and automated pipelines.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
• Design and implement production-grade no-code and low-code automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make (Integromat), and Zapier.
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, messaging platforms, and data services into automated end-to-end pipelines.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev) to rapidly prototype and ship client solutions with speed and quality.
• Build lightweight interfaces, internal dashboards, or Telegram/Slack bots to surface automation outputs to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to translate business requirements into clearly scoped automation workflows.
• Monitor, debug, and maintain deployed automations and AI agents to ensure reliability and performance in production.
• Stay current with fast-evolving AI tooling and proactively recommend new approaches that benefit client projects.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in AI integration, agent development, or workflow automation.
• Demonstrated experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent), real shipped projects preferred over coursework alone.
• Working knowledge of at least one agent framework: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar.
• Practical experience with at least one no-code automation platform: n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Comfortable with Python for scripting, API integration, and connecting services.
• Ability to read and implement third-party API documentation independently.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices and LLM evaluation techniques is a strong advantage.
• Prior exposure to vector databases or semantic search (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) is a plus.
• Experience with basic cloud deployments (AWS Lambda, Railway, Render) is beneficial.
• Prior freelance or agency experience with client-facing delivery is a plus.
