About This Role
We're looking for an AI Agent Engineer to design and build autonomous AI systems that can reason, plan, and execute complex workflows. You'll work on multi-agent architectures, tool integrations, and real-world deployments for enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement autonomous AI agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom solutions
- Build robust tool-calling pipelines and API orchestration layers
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability and performance
- Collaborate with clients to understand workflows and translate them into agentic solutions
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in AI planning and reasoning
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 3+ years of Python development experience
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompting strategies, and chain-of-thought reasoning
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Strong understanding of RAG systems and vector databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning or planning algorithms
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Experience building production AI systems at scale
