Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI/ML Manager to lead our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. This role involves managing a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML professionals in developing scalable models and algorithms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, analytics) to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.

• Define and execute AI/ML strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects from research and development to deployment and monitoring.

• Ensure model quality, performance, fairness, and explainability using best practices.

• Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

• Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, research, tools, and technologies.

• Present insights and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Experience in the Banking domain will be preferred.

• Experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Ignite, Spark, or distributed systems for handling high-volume data pipelines.

• Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure requirements for training, optimizing, and deploying large-scale AI/ML and deep learning models.

• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automating model integration, testing, and deployment in production environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
