What youll do

• Build and fine-tune AI models powering the personalized mentor, canvas, and voice features
• Design adaptive learning algorithms that respond to learner behaviour
• Integrate LLMs and voice AI (ElevenLabs, OpenAI) into production systems
• Collaborate with product to define AI-driven learning experiences

What were looking for

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems
• Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and API integration skills
• Interest in applying AI to education and personalization
• Bonus: Experience with voice AI, spaced repetition algorithms, or adaptive learning systems
