Experience: 1+ Years Role Summary:
We are looking for an AI Developer to join our team, acting as an automation engineer with brains. You will be responsible for teaching computers to act intelligently by building systems that automate complex, human-like tasks and decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities (What You ll Be Building) - Build Smart Assistants: Design and deploy AI agents and chatbots (using tools like LLMs) that can answer queries, process requests, and automate workflows for internal teams or customers.
- Process Automation: Connect AI with core business tools (CRMs, Slack, Email, etc.) via APIs and low-code platforms (e.g., Python, Make.com, n8n) to eliminate repetitive, manual work.
- Custom LLM Solutions: Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, fine-tuning and customizing them to be experts on our company s specific data, products, and services.
- Implement RAG Systems: Utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to ensure AI answers are accurate, context-aware, and based solely on our company s internal documents and knowledge base.
- Proven experience connecting various AI tools and third-party systems using APIs.
- Ability to build functional, AI-powered chatbots and automation flows.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering (knowing how to ask the AI the right way).
- Comfortable with basic programming (ideally Python ) and familiar with modern no-code/low-code AI development frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
