Candidate Criteria

Internship

1. B. Tech (Computer Science) graduates with a minimum 70% aggregate throughout academics are eligible. No other degree will be considered.
2. Candidates with AI-related engineering specialization, AI certifications, or hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks will be given extra weightage.
3. Our internal team will conduct technical interviews and mentor selected candidates on the job.
4. A stipend of 10k/month will be paid during the internship period.
5. Must agree to serve a 24-month Service Agreement from the date of joining as a permanent employee.
6. Permanent job offers will be given strictly to those whose performance is satisfactory during their internship period.
7. Interim evaluation will be done by our team members. The internship may be terminated at any time during the 6-month period if performance is not satisfactory.
8. Candidates must have fluent English communication skills.
9. Face-to-face interview attendance is mandatory.
10. Candidates must be willing to work from our Pune office.
11. Candidates should be ready to travel and relocate to the office location.

Freshers
