AI ( Artificial Intelligence ) Engineer

• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models, algorithms, and systems to address specific business challenges and objectives.

• Data Collection and Preprocessing: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure high-quality data for model training and evaluation.

• Model Training and Tuning: Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models using various techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.

• Deployment and Integration: Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them into existing systems and applications.

• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements to ensure optimal results and accuracy.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to enhance existing solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of AI models, methodologies, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Deep understanding of the mathematics underlying the AI algorithms including proficiency in Linear algebra, Calculus, Probability and Statistics.

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama2 or similar architectures. Knowledge of LLM-integration frameworks such as Langchain, and proficiency in fine tuning these models for specific tasks.

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, etc.

• Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision tasks demonstrating proficiency in implementing models such as CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), RNN (Recurrent Neural Network), etc. Additionally, skilled in utilizing the frameworks such as Detectron2, TFOD, etc.

• Solid hands-on understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in AI model development and implementation.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C#.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a must.
