Ratio Analysis,
Financial Modelling,
Preparation of Presentations
Drafting of Letters.
Debt Syndication,
Raising Working Capital and Term Loans
Liasioning, Appraisal & Dealing with various Bankers, Financial Institutions and Foreign Investors.
Equity Issuance
Loan Documentation and Security Perfection
Compliances and MIS
Dealing with Top level Commercial, Legal and Financial Consultants
Handling Credit Ratings
Fixed Assets and Business Valuations, title search reports.
Corporate Reporting and Corporate Communications.
Stakeholders engagement.
Regulatory and contractual compliances
Sound Communication skills
Candidate need to be quite adept in MS Office and IT tools and must have fluency and command over spoken and written English.
