Job Description
Role Summary Agile Coach / Lean-Agile Expert
This is primarily a Functional / Transformation / Agile Consulting role, not a Technical Consultant role.
Key requirements:
- Experience: 1015 years total
- Agile Coaching: 4–6 years mandatory
- Scrum Master: Significant prior experience mandatory
- SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant): Mandatory
- SAFe / Scaling Agile implementation experience
- Agile maturity assessment & continuous improvement
- ART Launch, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Kaizen
- Value Stream Mapping / Value Stream Management
- Lean Portfolio Management
- OKR alignment across Portfolio, ART & Teams
- Agile transformation & change management
- Leadership coaching / stakeholder management
- DevOps ways of working
- Product-platform Agile experience
- Communities of Practice (CoP)
- Client-facing experience
- Automotive / Auto-ancillary experience preferred
- Software development experience preferred
- Education: Full-time MBA / Engineering / equivalent
- Location: Bangalore / willing to relocate
- Travel to client office as required
